 "REAL ESTATE MARKET AND INVESTMENTS"

    We are pleased to invite you to the Second International Conference «Real Estate Market and Investments», to be held near Nessebar (Bulgaria) 28th May – 4th June 2012. Organizer of the event is the Black Sea Organization for integration and Sustainable Development (Moscow, Russia) with the support of the General Consulate of the Russian Federation in Varna, the Russian Guild of Realtors, the Guild of the Property Management Companies and Developers (Russia), the Industrial parks association (Russia), the real estate fair DOMEXPO.

   The place to hold the conference is not chosen randomly: Bulgaria is widely known for its benign seaside climate, its marvelous sea with sand beaches, its unique architectural monuments, many of which are included in the UNESCO list of cultural heritage, with its variety of wines, its beautiful nature, as well as the hospitality with which the local people meet visitors. The beneficial air and sea water temperatures make the Bulgarian coast one of the most attractive places for those willing to combine work with recreation.

   The program of the conference will comprise of a business and an informal part.

   The business part will include plenary sessions on the current issues of the real estate market Bulgaria, and exhibition and excursions to view construction sites. During the business part of the conference the participants will have the opportunity to discuss the issues of construction and investments in real estate property and construction projects, to assess the potential and the attractiveness of the objects of private and commercial properties, learn the legal aspects of investment into real estates, take part in a series of business tours around Bulgaria, establish business contacts.

   The informal part will consist of excursions to historic sites, rest, wine testing and entertainment program.
